CVS/pharmacy, MinuteClinic, and the
Detroit Workforce Development Department
A Michigan Works! Agency make it easy
to get your flu shot.
As part of a broad-reaching effort to keep Americans
healthy this flu season CVS Caremark has partnered
with the Detroit Workforce Development Department,
A Michigan Works! Agency to donate 5,000 free seasonal flu shots to the Detroit-area unemployed.
The vouchers will be distributed at participating One-Stop Service Centers and may be used for a free
flu shot at your local MinuteClinic or any scheduled CVS/pharmacy flu clinic.
Please note that vouchers are available only at your DWDD One Stop Service Centers and will not be distributed at CVS/pharmacy stores or MinuteClinic.
