For some reason, mine is only 1 page, 13% then ask me to submit and end. Possibly it's not for me or there's something wrong with my computer. Good luck to the others. Thanks.

I only got the one page too. I guess we didn't qualify for the longer survey, but I did get the chance to put my email in at the end for the drawing anyway.

Yes, I can input my email for drawing. No biggie, if I am not qualify for the longer survey, I don't get it. It's fine, I'm busy enough anyway. Happy weekend. :lol:
