I didn't see a specific thread for this company, if there is one... point me in the right direction.

I did a survey with them recently, and had an issue with firefox giving me an error halfway through it. So, I sent them an email telling them the problem I had and if I could re-do it where I left off. I didn't get anything back so I decided to finish it. I completed and then I emailed them again and still no response a week later.

Do they have no customer service or something, or just don't like to respond? :confused:

I've never heard back from them on any issue, but they've always paid eventually for every completed survey. :hug:

Looks like I won't be receiving any msg's or giftcards from them.
