We are conducting a research study regarding prescription coverage with Medicare Part D. The study will take place over the telephone sometime in the next few weeks and all qualified participants will receive $100 as a thank you for their time.

My hubby filled out the question and done it. Wait and see if he will get phone call or email. :)

you really need to be on medicare and in the telephone interview read off the medications numbers what each drug cost you out of pocket. I contacted medicare and they told me it would be at least three weeks until I received a copy for the year. I threw out alot of montly statements. By the time I would receive printout survey would be over.

You should be able to request a list of meds you took from your pharmacy. Hubby just called ahead and they printed it out for him. It was for 2008 which is what was required for this survey. If you take the survey and they call, they will tell you everything you need ahead of time. They were very helpful!

It is for Medicare D, the drug program.
