I can only speak for myself but I honestly have no recollection of where or when I signed up with them but it was quite awhile ago, I know that. I wish I could provide a link but I can't; hopefully if there is one and they're still taking new people, someone can provide it for you and others.

It is a closed for new members right now they do allow new members ....Hmmm...I'd say once a year... be on the look out and GOOD LUCK !!
