For awhile I was doing pretty well with Toluna, since August I cashed out 2x for $10 each (and I did rec. one of my checks so far). I've now been at 26,600 points for what seems like forever- I haven't qualified for anything in ages and I take each one fo their surveys. The new thing that's happening to me is every time I get a survey from them, even if I click on the link the second it shows up in my email I get "this survey is closed".

Anyone else having these kinds of issues with them?

That happens to me sometimes also. The time on the email is within minutes, but it says it is already closed. My luck with them and a lot of other surveys seems to go in bunches. Either I get a lot of them completed or I don't qualify for anything.

I've actually been getting a lot of surveys and making a lot of money with them lately. Problem is...it takes about 3 months for them to send my check after I cash out. Received a check today that I cashed out in early August. The date on the check was Sept. 22nd, but I just received today on Oct 19th. Hmmmm????

yeah it takes a long long time to get paid from them- I cashed out 1 in early August and got that in September, I have another I cashed out late August and it's not even sent yet.

I haven't qualified for a survey with them for a bout a month. I thought it was just me

I have discovered that if I update My profiles on a monthly basis I recieve and qualify for more surveys.

I agree...Toluna is one of the very slowest to pay!:whee2:

I just joined Toluna last month and the only interest survey I can't complete is the Auto one. I have tried using IE, Firefox, Chrome and Opera to try and take it. I contacted them and all they said was to try another browser. I replied by telling them all of the browsers I've tried and haven't heard back. All I want is the 2000 point bonus for completing all of the interest surveys.

Wow, they actually responded to you? Consider yourself lucky because I've sent numerous emails to them over the past several weeks about various issues I've had and never get a response.

I just noticed something odd with Toluna. When cashing out a payment with Greenfield to paypal, the payment actually came from Toluna; however, the actual Toluna panel does not offer paypal payments. Maybe they bought out Greenfield and papal was already in place?
