View Full Version : Please stop merging threads into conglomerated Clearance Thread deals

The thread title no longer even closely resembles the deals people are posting. The super ineffective SD search engine doesn't even find that thread when searching using games mentioned in the thread.

I think it's a big disservice to site members when new threads started for clearance games, even if they're YMMV, are just getting buried in that thread.

I posted a deal on Street Fighter IV for $9.98 last night. It got a page of posts in about an hour, and was then dumped in there. It hasn't had a post since. We allow individual threads for every free Iphone app people find, I'm not sure why 75% off games, even if they're YMMV, aren't worthy of their own threads.

Agreed. Anything merged into a monster thread like that just gets ignored, because nobody wants to tackle something of that size. It's information (and useless crap post) overload.
