i just got another Survey few minutes ago same company, i figured i merge it with this thread since the title is about health issues.

Type II Diabetes Telephone Interview- $75

Dear Respondent,

Schlesinger Associates is conducting 60 minute telephone interviews with people who have been diagnosed with Type II Diabetes. We specifically need current and past insulin users. We will also need to know your HbA1C measurement. If you would like to see if you qualify or know someone else who might, please call us toll free at:

You will be asked a series of brief questions to see if the study is relevant to you. If you do qualify you will be scheduled for the phone interview at a time and date that is convenient to you. You will be compensated $75 for your time and participation in this phone interview should you qualify. If you do qualify you will need to have access to a computer and printer for a small homework assignment.

I was excited that they finally had one that I could qualify for (chronic bronchitis), but I DQd during the telephone screening anyway because I don't take the specific prescriptions that they want. :(
