I honestly can't think of anything really recent, in terms of a good deal.

KMart deals added, which many are similar to Sears. Could use KMart as a backup to Sears and vice versa if one sells out a game in the ad you were looking for.

** Edit- I picked up (virtually) on Amazon the DSi Bundle in White. This was the only one they had colorwise and it is bundled with the preloaded 5 BrainAge games. The price was $155. I couldn't find any better pricing on the DSi so I was pretty happy :)

Problem is, most DSi deals I would expect would probably keep the price at retail and instead add stuff to it like a giftcard or accessories and games.

Best Buy will have the PS3 Slim + LittleBigPlanet + Ratchet & Clank for $299.99. That's a pretty good deal, IMO.

Not BAD but not GREAT either. If you dont want the games then you have to go through the trouble of selling them or returning them (bb, wm, etc). It would have been much nicer to just give, say, a flat $199 price. Or better yet, to have had some $99-149 PS3 Fat systems as doorbusters. Or even a 'buy a ps3 pick any 2 games $59 or cheaper FREE' type promo. Instead all we're offered is a lame normal price slim with 2 semi-ok games. Again... not bad... not great. Will ToysRUs or Walmart save the day? We can only hope...

That Best Buy deal is looking real good. I think I've made up my mind to go camp out for this. I already bought Demon's Souls on Amazon (used my $10 off a future video game purchase from New Super Mario Bros, and another $10 gift cert. I had for filling out a survey). Couple that with the fact Amazon had it for $49 instead of the normal $59... so after hitting Radio Shack for a $29.99 dual shock, I've have a PS3 Slim, Ratchet and Clank, LBP, Demon's Souls and 2 controllers for $360 plus tax. Truly a Slick enough deal.

If past is precedent then GS should have some BF deals. Don't recall when they released that info in the past. Their weekly circular gets released on Fridays, so perhaps we'll know by the end of the week?

I'm conflicted on which bundle to go with. I plan on buying LBP, and Ratchet and Clank seems more my style thank Batman, but I like the idea of WM being a one stop shop. It would also be pretty easy to pick up a second (or third) Dual Shock at WM via PM with the Radio Shack ad in hand.

Seancashmere posted in the original thread that the games are limited to Heavenly Sword, Lair, MotoStorm, NBA 08, Resistance 2, and Socom. That definitely kills the deal for me. But yes, to answer your original question, the deal is for employees of select companies that Sony partners with and is a B&M deal only.

I'd imagine this bundle will go pretty quickly. It's not a bad deal by any means, and there will be lots of traffic at WM's.

I think it's a YMMV situation. Put it this way, I wouldn't hang my hopes on getting it done, but I'd say it's worth asking about. It's hard to say whether an individual store manager would look at this as a "Buy X to get X free." type of situation. If so, they may deny the PM as per their policy.

I pricematched this bundle at Best Buy and picked the 2 games I wanted. I got CoD:MW2 and Uncharted 2 for free. This is YMMV as technically Best Buy does not price match free items or bundles. First store denied me and second store was fine with it and zeroed out the games for me.

Man...wish I had seen your post yesterday. The sony deal just ended today :(. Unless the cashier/manager is really out of it, I doubt they'll overlook the end date on the ad. Can anybody photoshop it to say the 21st, haha.

Referring back to price matching at best buy using Sony's deal, I think you can still do it. The first best buy I went to wouldn't because there wasn't a Sony Style store in the area, but made no mention of the fact that the Sony deal had expired. The second Best Buy was similar, but there actually was a Sony Style 20-30min away. They also made no mention of the expiration date. I guess the Sony Style store just fell short of being "local" and therefore they could not price match them. Oh well, I'll just have to wait until Amazon's deal comes out.

Best Buy has their Black Friday deals live on their website. All of the consoles and games are showing up as advertised in their ad. Still trying to decide if I'm getting their bundle but hopefully this helps someone.
