Because they didn't promote it properly with the PSN store... had they have had a huge selection of the MAJORITY of PSP umd titles, it would have done better.

Instead, we get weekly updates with a handful of crap...

I can honestly say that if the store had FF8/FF9/Chrono Cross/etc that it would sell much more.
