i' agree it sucks, but its like pinecone, they tell you that the manufacturer would like your opinion and they'll be sending u a sample, then it never happens.. just because you qualify doesn't mean that they have to send you product, it just means you've passed the screener.. you can contest it but by calling, i think it may be slamming your head into the brick wall that they dropped on you.... they overfill all the product tests to account for those that back out or drop off..

If you don't "technically" have possession of the palm pilot, you should re-flash it and sell it, since it doesn't "technically" exist anyway.

except in this case it does say clearly that "you have qualified to participate in a research project" after completing all of the questions, told me exactly what they will be sending, when and detailed instructions on what to do when received. then they provided a calendar with the dates showing what date I should begin using the product, date I should stop using and post survey will be available and the date that the post survey will close...verified I can comply with those dates, then asked for my address to send the product. I was completely done with the survey company. It was Synovate that gave me the 100pt consolation prize with the usual sometimes only looking for certain h/h's and in those cases we may ask just a few questions. That wasn't a few...the company themselves a-ok'd me. i still think i want to address this with marie. downright sucks is right.

Possibly they are just providing much needed cash out options, but I am worried they are redoing their whole reward system. I cannot recall a survey company revamping their rewards system in my favor, so in the face of the unknown here I am requesting a check now. I do not want to risk getting stuck with a 5000 point subscription to Tiger Beat magazine.

No, it normally takes at least 1-2 months to receive your check. Slow, compared to some other survey companies.

They always seem to take twice as long as they say they are going to and just ask you things you could have answered online. Of course having a discussion takes much longer than just clicking some buttons. I do not enjoy the phone but also do not care if they kick me out, they really do not pay very well (although I get a lot of PTs from them I would manage to survive, somehow).

No, don't have that survey. Did get the cat PT and have done the phone surveys in the past. Not my favorite thing, but there is no room for chatter, so it goes by rather quickly. I have got the call for the cat PT a few days ago, but it always shows up "Marie Brighton" on my caller id.

I got the call yesterday for the cat PT. It was not too bad.

I got the call just a few minutes ago to answer the survey on the first jug of cat litter PT. Not too bad at all. Took around 12 minutes.

Thanks for posting this info. I honestly never knew that you can DQ when you were pre-selected for a PT. I would have thought your opinion would have been considered important for the project since you did receive and use the PT.

Yesterday, I spent about 40 minutes on a possible PT, qualified, and after the prompt stated that I qualified, the next page informed me that, "your household does not qualify..." I'm supposing that this is due to the fact that there is another Synovate member in my household. Either way, we are two distinctly different people, and I can't help but think that the "six-account" people ruin it for the rest of us "single" account participants.

Seems to be. It's also a lower cashout. I was able to get a $5 amazon GC for 500 points. It took about two days for the webshop certificate number to arrive via email and once I was in the webshop, I was able to get an Amazon GC emailed instantly.

I qualified for it and completed the first day. However, when I logged in for the second day, it said I had already completed the survey. So I have no idea what is going on...

Has anyone tried to cash out for an online store voucher lately? It says 2 weeks maximum, but I usually get my voucher in a few days. I cashed out recently and it's been over 2 weeks and nothing.
