Hi.
I am trying to upload a jpeg file I have in my document folder, but I get a web error message.
I click on "Attachments", then "Browse", then I click on my file.The file is then auto entered into the Field. I then click Upload and I get a message that says Uploading, but I then get a web error message.
Any help is appreciated.

What is the error message? Can you copy/paste the text, or take a screen shot?

My guess is that the file is over the size limits.

Sometimes when I upload a pic, I get an error but it will still show up. Go and upload a pic and if you get the error, click the paper clip arrow button on the right of the smiley button. See if it shows up that way like [ATTACH 1238] Up there ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

There's your problem. If you scroll down in the Manage Attachments window, you'll see that .jpg/.jpeg uploads are limited to 5MB.

I took a pic of my laptop with my digital camera, and then dowloaded to my laptop.It was 10mp. I assume if I lower the mp setting on my cam, it will be a smaller file. So I will try that.

Just found out the file is too big. Thanks for your input. Much appreciated.
