Why can't I set my? Is there a number of required posts to be qualified? Thanks for answering

go to User CP then Edit Profile
Custom User Title
This is the title that appears beneath your name on your posts. Check the 'Reset' box if you wish to use the default title for your usergroup and post count.

it wont let u use stuff such as moderator or administrator
