ditch Kaspersky.

Welcome to 3 years ago. I still use Kaspersky though since it has been the best at everything..it just has this nasty false positive that they have never fixed with SD.

read the previous thread and you'll see more people complaining

kaspersky has tons of problems like this, you should really ditch it ASAP and save yourself tons of future problems. years ago kaspersky was a decent antivirus but they have really fallen below par in recent years.

i'm using the new Avast! Free antivirus and it is the most satisfying free antivirus that i've ever come across. my buddy uses the Microsoft Security Essentials and he swears by it, they are both free and much better at detection rates,scan speeds, resources, false positives, etc. than kaspersky
