I need help, whenever I click on the links to the deals, they just send me to a page stating "page cannot be displayed" or something like that. Is it because I deleted some spyware? If yes please help me on resolving this problem

I have windows XP home and went to c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts. Hosts is not a folder that contains the files i need to delete. I can't even open the hosts file without a special program. Is there any other way to delete the files i need to delete?

go to Start - Run and copy this into the text box: c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc. Then you need to do a right click on the file named "HOSTS" and "open with" notepad just as the instructions state.

I deleted all the things i needed to delete, BUT it STILL does NOT work. Why is this?? Is it b/c I also have a firewall up?? PLease HELP!!

I heard Norton Firewall and Spybot's immunize will also break links.

do yo have a software or hardware firewall?
