I liked it when i clicked on "Mark This Forum Read" it would then stay on that forum instead of going to "Everything else" listing the lounge and tech support or "Slickdeals Discussion" listing the deal forums. this benefited me by having the current view count listed when i clicked on the forum so i could see how many people have viewed that thread since i last refreshed.
i also liked that if you were in the lounge, you could click on "The Lounge" at the top where it shows where you were at. similar to clicking on "GO" next to the forum jump now since it will be on the forum that you're currently in. i like the forum jump at the top, but now there's no navigation at the bottom when i get done reading the last post of a thread.
anyone else feel the same way? don't care? still have me on ignore list? :shake:

I personally prefer all the important controls on the top. That way, the location of the control will always be the same relative to the screen. ie, The jump bar will always be 1/3 down the screen from the top vs 1/3 to 1/2 up the screen if it were at the bottom.
If you're at the bottom, click on the "Top" link at the bottom right corner and it'll bring you back to the very top.

You might like that, but it seems that a lot of people prefer having the jump bar at the bottom as well.
