The Grand Prize consists of a trip for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest to Napa Valley, California, which consists of (i) round-trip coach airfare for the Grand Prize winner and his or her guest between the major U.S. airport that is nearest to the Grand Prize winner’s residence and an airport near Napa Valley, California to be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion; (ii) two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations for the Grand Prize winner and his or her guest (one [1] Traditional King Suite, double occupancy) at the Embassy Suites Hotel Napa Valley in Napa Valley, California (subject to availability and the black-out dates set forth below); (iii) ground transportation between the hotel and airport (details of which to be decided by Sponsor in its sole discretion); (iv) winery tour and tasting for the Grand Prize winner and his or her guest at Bennett Lane Winery; (v) winery tour and tasting for the Grand Prize winner and his or her guest at Madrigal Vineyards; (vi) lunch or dinner for the Grand Prize winner and his or her guest at The Wine Spectator Greystone Restaurant and a Flavor Bar Experience at the Oleoteca; and (vii) dinner for the Grand Prize winner and his or her guest at JoLe Restaurant. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $2,500.
Five (5) First Prizes are available. Each First Prize consists of one (1) Focus Features DVD prize pack, which consists of five (5) motion pictures in the DVD format to be selected by Focus in its sole discretion. The ARV of each First Prize is $100.
