There are are some legit internet sites that specialize in used or refurbished items. Is it legit to post coupons and deals for such sites or is SD just for new stuff.

Yah you can, but refurbs usually aren't that hot of deals because you have to take into account less warranty, used, etc... thats why you don't see them as often--they have to be a significantly lower price than a new counterpart. Especially considering that you can get most NEW items cheaper after a rebate than a refurb.

As far as I know, you can post used items & coupons for used items.

I would suggest that you include it in your title.
