Prize: (1 winner) Trip trip for 2 to New York City, New York. Grand Prize includes: # Round trip coach class air transportation for 2 to New York City, NY departing from the major airport nearest to Grand Prize winner's home; 4-nights' lodging at The Westin New York at Times Square (double occupancy) in New York City, NY, or comparable accommodations; ground transportation between airport and hotel; 2 $500 Visa Gift Cards; $1,500 Shopbop.com Gift Certificate; and Invitations for winner and guest to attend 4 fashion shows.
The Grand Prize has an approximate retail value ("ARV") of $4,882.00. The actual value will depend on the Grand Prize winner's city of departure. We may substitute surface transportation for air travel if the Grand Prize winner lives in close enough proximity to the New York City, NY metropolitan area so that a flight is unnecessary (as determined by us). If the actual value of the prize is less than the stated ARV, we will not award the difference in cash. Travel dates and times, airline and hotel are at our sole discretion. Trip must be taken between September 8, 2010 and September 15, 2010 subject to flight and hotel availability. You mayonly use the GC for purchases of eligible goods on Shopbop.com. Redemption of GC will be subject to BOP LLC's standard terms, conditions and restrictions applicable to gift certificates in effect on the day of issuance of the GC. The GC cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash, or applied to any account. We are not responsible if the GC is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. If the GC is lost or stolen, it will not be replaced. The winner will be: (a) responsible for paying all costs and expenses related to the prize that are not specifically mentioned, including, but not limited to, taxes, food and beverages, baggage fees, additional ground transportation, additional room charges, gratuities, and any other expenses that might reasonably be incurred by the winner in receiving or using the prize; and (b) required to submit his/her social security number or tax payer ID number to us in order to claim the prize.
Prize Drawing. The potential Grand Prize winner will be selected at a random drawing to be held on or about August 20, 2010. We must receive eligible entries during the Sweepstakes Period for them to be eligible for the drawing. We will notify the potential winner by phone or e-mail within 2 business days following the drawing, and he/she will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release. We will select an alternative potential winner if the potential winner does not claim the prize within 72 hours of notification, or meet the eligibility criteria. Grand Prize winner's guest (who must be 18 or older) will also be required to sign and return a Liability/Publicity Release prior to departure. The prize will be awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). We will award the prize to a minor's parent or legal guardian if a minor, in any state where the age of majority is not 18, wins the prize. The parent or legal guardian must sign and return all required documentation.
