View Full Version : any actual experience with 'cybercoders' (job placement, possible spam?)

I'm getting a high amount of spam mail from a co called 'cybercoders'.

I have my resume on dice (etc) and so they extracted it from there and are sending me 'jobs' in the mail but they look fake and the whole company style seems real scummy to me.

researching it gets mixed results. its about 10:1 that people are saying its fake or spam or just listing jobs that are 'reserved' for h1b's and are never real for anyone else but that one guy they already have in mind.

has ANYONE here had actual experince with cybercoders? I've seen some posts in other forums from 'reps' from that co that say 'oh yes, we're real' but they seem to be outnumbered 10 to 1 or more.

I'm thinking its phishing or data mining or something that isnt right.

anyone here care to comment on their dealings with this 'company' ?

TIA

I didn't get that far; do they charge applicants?? that would be a new one on me ;)

just one or two people who say that it actually worked.

but I'm assuming its a scam unless I hear from a few people. I don't trust the jobs boards for reality; there are many agendas there. but here, I doubt anyone is going to shill for them.
