I haven't been receiving any emails from them for awhile now. Just wondering if anybody else had the same issue.

Scientists concluded that they did in fact come from pine trees, so no need for further emails.

I just finished a survey with them !
They've been keeping me quite busy. You may want to update your account information.

did you skip taking a few surveys? because I haven't gotten anything from them for about a year now, I didn't take any for awhile after my son was born and then they stopped coming altogether...

I get at least two surveys a week from them, at least 1 of them is a paying "project".
If you miss too many surveys, they will deactivate your account.
They did send out a bunch of emails a few months back about re-agreeing to their terms.

I refused to change from getting $5 to $3 surveys so I haven't heard from them in a long time.

And you won't.
$3 is what they pay now.
Most surveys take me no more than 3-4 minutes.
I'll gladly take $3 for that.

It really does add up and you'll hardly notice the time if you're multi-tasking. It may take me 3 hours to complete a survey...

I had the same issue, and couldn't access my account anymore either, so I sent them an email a couple days ago...this was their reply:
We no longer have you listed in our database. You will need to reapply
for your membership. We will be posting banner ads on various
unspecified web sites from time to time throughout the year. This is so
we may better target more specific groups needed to meet the needs of
our clients. Unfortunately, this is our only way of accepting new
panelists at this time.
Thanks,

ask global test market about me. i took their asses for close to a $1000 over the course of a yearish...i wouldnt even read the surveys, just click the bubbles and fill it out. $50 checks were coming in left and right.
they eventually got smart and started putting in sleeper questions where they'd write a long paragraph and tell you which one to pick and if you didnt pick it the survey would kick you out. mother farkers. thats when i stopped doing it. not worth my time or effort to actually have to read.
Pinecone does that too from time to time, as do several other survey sites I'm a member at. Not really a big deal. The money is good for the time I spend.
I'd happily spend 2 or more hours reading for a $50 check. That's 25 bucks an hour. Not bad at all.
