It's like the Twilight Zone at times. Not just the part that the OP brings up but when the timer says I have to wait 56 seconds to send another PM and then I wait maybe 10 ( :evillaf: )and I click it again, I often get the message that I have to wait 65 seconds or something similar. :dontknow:

But if I click again, most of the times, it can go through without waiting the 30 seconds.

I noticed when I first joined too, but what I am talking about is different.
It will show the correct view and then revert back to an inaccurate number.
