p.s. I don't need the key. Just the lock unlock alarm fob.

It might help out if you told what yours does and what it looks like. In many cases, there are different versions depending on what options your truck has. Does it remote start, control radio, heat, trunk, locks etc.

Sorry. It is just the basic buttons. Lock, unlock and the alarm button. Our truck is just the basic 2008 toyota tundra.

I am guessing you are trying to get the remote FOB with the popup key.
I bought one from Ebay. Check your key for any transponder. My Infiniti comes with a transponder molded with the key (separate key and remote).
Also the sellers on ebay claim you can get the key in the keyless remote cut from Ace or any other hardware store. I had a hard time finding a store to do it but ended up with a locksmith doing it only to realize I cannot take the transponder off the original key and the whole effort wasted.

A lot of times the problem is you have to get the fob programmed by someone local to your truck. I don't think you can do it yourself.
