As with all rebates, make sure you read them carefully for any abnormalities. Unfortunately, you probably sent in a email confirmation which almost NEVER works or you didn't circle the purchase price... As stated on this rebate:

1. This completed rebate certifcate.
2 Your dated Amazon sales receipt or packing slip
(original or photocopy), with the purchase price circled.
3 The original UPC barcode(s) cut from the product packaging.

FYI, I received my rebate less than a month after submission back in april using the easy amazon invoice print in "my account."

I bought this the last time there was a rebate for 2ish after the rebate. Rebate came in within a month. I love this mount! I didn't bother with the suction cup and just used the vent clip. I like how the vent clip is not directly against the vent so only some of the airflow is blocked. The quality is actually really good and it does a very job of staying stable even when the road gets a little rough. I'm using this unit with a MyTouch 4G in a Body Glove case. It's somewhat of a tight fit but it works just fine. It's tight enough to where you'll need to use 2 hands to put it on quickly though I've gotten used to putting it on with one hand. I definitely recommend this unit. In fact, I just ordered another one! For $0.98 + a stamp, it can't be beat!

I'm not 100% sure but I think if you ordered both at the same time then you can probably just fill out one form. Just make sure to include both UPC cut outs. Definitely make a scan of the UPC cut outs and form before sending it in. If you want to be extra safe then split it up into two. The only downside I can see with submitting two forms is the extra postage cost and it might take a little longer to get the rebate. Anyone else have any experience with this?

A rejection for sending in an email instead of a receipt I could understand. But turning down a rebate because the purchase price didn't get circled? Wow. I hope that isn't happening. Is that even legal? You would think there would be consumer protection laws for things like this.

Got it last time. Works perfect with Epic 4G. Also, I'm holding the rebate check in my hands. Like others have said, make sure you actually read and follow the instructions (as with any rebate) and there will be no problems :)
