Beware, this is a premium text service. I disabled premium text messages so I couldn't get signed up for joke of the day scams that charge monthly fees. I have had no pro lem doing other text contests but this one returned a message that I have to allow premium text messages for this.

I think some SMS numbers are just associated with many different companies and ongoing promotions..so long as you dont texr 697623 with "IDOL1" or "ringtone5"...Id imagine you will be safe.

I also heard that you can still win with the shared code but only one win is allowed per code. So like if you and I used the same exact code and both of us won, there's a risk/chance that both of use will be DQ'd.

Today I had to tell my local Taco Bell about the contest even though they had a big poster in the drive through and on the drive through window. They tried to tell me the generic cup did have a code on it and I showed them what the cup should look like (from the poster) and then they went and dug out some cups from the back. I told them they have posters up throughout the restaurant and the contest has been on for a week, how could they not know about it? It was the assistant manager that was helping me.

You should call them and ask if your win is valid.

Someone else here was saying that you are automatically disqualified if you used a shared code. The codes are one time use only even if they don't invalidate them.

If that is true I used JE24PK2Y4T (so don't use that one) and won..just got it today! Woot! I would think if it was not still a valid code it would say code not valid when you use it.

whenever a code is reusable and then posted on a widely used site like slickdeals, youll have your cheaters. had this game had one time use codes only, youd see a ton of wins from the slickdeals crew

this isnt something that needs to be proved, its common knowledge and its been around for a few years. The site has a lot of lurkers, and regulars, who get the posted codes then create bots with 2000 different emails and run a program to enter the emails at a given time.

You must be joking unless you were picked out of the second chance drawing for any prizes not awarded....and what really surprises me the most is that they left it sitting on your doorstep because my father won one of these and the shipping was via UPS with an adult signature required before you receive the package......Santa must of dropped that one on your doorstep.... lol....anyhow good for you and Happy Holidays to follow!

lol yeah mine came UPS as well, but my UPS guy usually just leaves stuff on the porch either way. Only time i have issues with a signature is with Fed Ex.

Do these say "Sprint" on them? I received one too, it was waiting for me for almost two months while I was out of state. I ate at Taco Bell this Summer and texted the code but not sure if it's from that promo or somewhere else. The package said "Young America" on it and had no notes inside.
