How many posts and/or reps do I have to have before I can add a signature, add rep points to others, or see my own? Right now I dont have access to any of it :shake:

you need 50 post or 2 months to allow your reps to be seen to others. not sure when you can add a siggy. you can see your own reps when you click user CP and scroll down.

another question: why do some rep points not count, e.g. coupon forum reps?

They count there, but as stated above, new members have to have a certain number of posts and/or been a member for a certain period of time before they "count" so to speak.

Thanks. But I think there must be some other restrictions. To be more specific, another user with a join date of 2004 and post count of 1000 gave me a rep in the coupon forum but it still shows a grey box. I wish we had a detailed faq to figure out how things work.

I've never heard of that happening....weird.
It should have counted. You can PM any mod and ask why it didn't show up.

And just an FYI, as a new user, your reps will show up in the user CP of the person you repped so they can see you appreciate them -- they just don't add to their rep point count. So it is good to go ahead and rep someone who posts a good deal or helps you out. Sometimes it's just the thought that counts.

I was wondering why my rep points dont show at all. I have over 50 posts but not 2 months. It showed before and now it is gone. I can give reps.
Any clue?
