I don't know how this fits into the thread format here, but as this section is called "Beta Bug Reports & Discussion", I'm posting it. Mods do with it what you will...
What type of tags should be used? When are you going overboard?
For example, there is a deal on the front page for a "Logitech V400 Cordless Notebook Mouse $20 after $20 Easy Rebate". What tags should be added? There are many things that apply, but when is it too much?
Right now it has:
rebate, staples, tech, ymmv, logitech, cnet, everythingusb, b&m
But you could also add:
mouse, computer, accessory, cordless, wireless, notebook, laptop, portable, easy rebate, usb, oos, coupon, filler, savings, hot, etc.
Should you add tags endlessly? Or do you say "enough" at some point?
There are things that are going to be repeated within threads that will match other repeated phrases in other thread that I assume shouldn't be tags, such as the ops username's ("pmagayon"), price's ("$49.98"), and dates ("Sunday 8/20")
