Yeah, I'm #2 on the waiting list & he said they might expand it for a few more slots from each demographic, so I can hope. :)

Most likely he/she took the screener and for their demographics it was full. And was put on a waitlist. Happen to me a couple of times. And for this study, it was very specific on the client wanted. The screener was tough to get through.
