Begins at 09:00:00 am PST on 07/06/11. Ends at 06:00:00 pm PST on 08/12/11.
Open to legal residents of any 1 of the 50 US or DC who are are at 21 years of age or older.
Limit one (1) entry per person and per e-mail address or Facebook account,
GRAND PRIZE: One (1) winner, subject to verification, will receive the grand prize Nutrition Makeover including a one- (1-) year supply of Nature Made vitamins, up to $1000 in total retail value, and the opportunity to have two (2) consultation sessions with pharmacist Suzy Cohen (ARV of $700 for the consultations, or $350 per consultation), one (1) consultation session with a Nature Made Registered Dietitian (ARV of $150), a digital food scale (ARV of $20), a juicer (ARV of $30), a copy of Suzy Cohen’s book, Drug Muggers (ARV of $15), two (2) healthy cookbooks (ARV of $40), a webcam (ARV of $45) and fresh fruit and veggie delivery every month for a year (ARV of $300) (collectively, “Grand Prize”).
