Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and D.C. (excluding California and Delaware) who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry.

Winner of the sweepstakes will be selected on Wednesday, September 14, 2011 in a random drawing conducted under the supervision of the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding. Chances of winning will be determined by number of entries received.

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to one (1) Grand Prize winner. Grand Prize winner will invite one friend of his/her choosing to join him/her as follows:
• One (1) Round trip airfare per person for the Grand Prize winner and his/her invited friend to Denver, CO. Travel dates are September 29 – October 1, 2011.
• Two (2) nights’ accommodations in Denver, CO September 29 – October 1, 2011.
