Sweepstakes begins on September 12, 2011 at 8:00 am EST and ends on September 30, 2011 at 11:59 pm EST.
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States or D.C. who are at least twenty five (25) years old and the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry.

If you do not wish to become a member of Sponsor, but wish to participate in the Sweepstakes, you may participate during the Sweepstakes Period by emailing jamaicavilla@jetsetter.com with your first name, last name, and email address.
Limit: Each participant may receive a maximum of one (1) entry during the Sweepstakes Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address.
One (1) Grand Prize: Five (5) nights at Roaring Pavilion in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. Grand Prize consists of a (5) bedroom villa (maximum capacity: 10 people) and includes use of one (1) jetski per room, a chef, a butler, two (2) spa attendants for winner and guests during stay. Prize also includes $5,000 cash (awarded in the form of a check) that winner may use towards airfare, food, security deposit, gratuities, etc. at winner’s discretion.
When winner books travel dates, he/she must agree to and accept terms of the rental agreement, including the amount of a security deposit and the date it must be secured. Winner must provide a security deposit in the amount of $5,000 in one of the following formats: person or cashier’s check, or wire transfer. The security deposit will be refundable at the end of the stay if the villa is not damaged in any way during the winner’s stay, as governed per rental agreement. If no damage occurs, the security deposit will be refunded within 60 days. Should any damage occur by the winner and/or his/her guests the winner is responsible and the cost to repair any such damage will be deducted from the security deposit. Winner is responsible for booking air travel and any necessary ground transportation for himself/herself and his/her guests. The Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) the prize is: $19,000 - $34,000, depending on date of fulfillment. All expenses and incidental costs not expressly stated in the Prize description above, including but not limited to, transportation, meals, incidentals, in-room charges, tariffs or duties, surcharges, transportation fees, baggage fees, service charges or facility charges, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Credit card may be required at the time of check-in to cover incidentals. The winner must travel on Sponsor-selected dates between October 1 – November 18, 2011, November 29 – December 15, 2011, April 16 – June 30, 2012, and September 1 – October 30, 2012, all subject to availability or the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate randomly selected winner chosen.
