commencing at 12:01 A.M., September 26, and ending at 11:59:59 P.M., November 2, 2011
Your Contest submission must consist of the following elements: [1] a photo of: your child in costume (ages 12 and under), your family in costume, or your family pet in costume; [2] a caption describing how the costume(s) in the photo was constructed; [3] photo must be appropriate to one of the following categories: Most Creative, Cool Characters, Best Pet Costumes (each a "Category"); [4] photo caption not exceeding 1,050 characters; and [5] costumes in Most Creative and Cool Characters categories need to be homemade or include a homemade element (collectively, "Submission"). Three (3) Grand Prize winners will be selected, one per Category, by a panel of judges ("Panel") from all valid Entries received by applying the following judging criteria: 60% for creativity,30% for likely appeal to other users, and 10% for quality of photo (collectively, "Criteria"). One (1) Voter's Choice Prize winner will be determined for each of the three (3) Categories by the vote of the registered users of the Website in compliance with the Website's terms of use agreement ("Members") who participate in the voting process during the Entry Period ("Voters").
at the time of entering you must be: [1] a natural person legally residing in, and physically located within, one of the 50 states or the District of Columbia
Entries are limited to two (2) unique Entries per Category per person/Address
PRIZES:
Three (3) Grand Prizes: Each Grand Prize will consist of two (2) Motorola Xoom Tablets (approximate retail value ["ARV"]: $1,000 USD).
Three (3) Voter's Choice Prizes: Each Voter's Choice Prize is a prize package consisting of one (1) of each of the following elements: (1) Three (3) Hallmark Recordable Storybooks; (2) One (1) $50 Hallmark.com Value Card, (3) Two (2) $25 Hallmark Gold Crown Store Gift Cards and (4) One (1) Bonus Prize Disney Spooky Buddies DVD (ARV: $230 USD). Total ARV of all prizes: $3,690 USD.
