I used a 10-minute-email, which I renewed once. In 20 minutes I didn't get a link. It appears that:
1. They recognize fake addresses and don't send to them,
2. They are overloaded and it is taking a long time to send out links, or
3. They are harvesting emails without sending a song. (Not really logical since the deal was posted by someone with a good rep.)
