Specifically...
In the "old" site, signatures are limited to a maximum height of x pixels (300 maybe?).
In the beta, they are fixed at exactly the same height. Posts either have no signature, or have a signature block that takes up this same amount of space.
I am guessing this is part of a workaround for the "quote marks show up when they shouldn't" issue?

It works fine in hybrid. bryantq must've forgotten to make the changes to Ice & Classic skins.
