Does the controller come with a wireless usb receiver or something for pc?
im looking for a game controller for my computer.
only if you buy the wireless PC Doggle bundle
if not, the original 360 controller only comes with the controller, no receiver.

No, a receiver is purchased seperately. Or, you can buy a wired controller and not deal with the receiver.

MS doesn't sell the receiver separate anymore
gotta buy it in the bundle
any separate dongles are either 3rd party or someone's used/old one.

That's what I did, no regrets here! Except the cat sometimes likes to play/chew on it... don't worry he gets a kick and learns his role in the order of importance in the house. :shake:
I echo the wired controller advice. The wireless dongles are hit and miss on quality and effectiveness. Besides the wired controller has a long cord and is considerably lighter and thinner.

I'd say go with the wired one too. It's lighter and you don't have to worry about batteries or interference. The cord is quite long as well so I wouldn't too worried about that.

Anyone know exactly how long the cord is? I can't seem to find an answer in the amazon feedback. My couch is a good 10ft from my computer and i'd like to be able to rock out some pc games on my big screen while chillin' on the sofa.
If it's not long enough how's the connectivity on the wireless? Experiences?

Off hand, I'd say it's around 10ft. I'll measure it tonight if I remember.
