Hi all, I have couple questions concerning the Maxell optical mouse rebates from Fry's. I bought one mouse when it was offered as FAR during the first couple weeks in November from Fry's. Then they were offering it again during the Black Friday, so bought a couple ones that day. All were different colors.

The first question I have is that can I mail them all in one envelope since they have same offer number and basically goes to the same department and all, or do should it be mailed in separately?

The mice bought on Black Friday were bought at different time, one around midnight and other one around 6AM due to the fact that mice ran out around midnight and they had put out more later on. So the second question is that even though they were bought at different time, can they be combined onto the same form, hence two mice but one form?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

According to the rebate terms & conditions, you can only submit one rebate for this offer and only one rebate application per envelope. In addition, when you go thru the rebate process, you can select more than one qualifying UPC for your submission. (I did go thru the online process and you can select more than one item for the rebate)

Therefore, I would assume that you can submit all 3 rebates in one submission and provide the 3 receipts and 3 UPC's in the single envelope. However, if you had already submitted the rebate for that one you purchased in early November, then you are likely out of luck for your mailing address.

I did buy this mouse before Black Friday & submitted the rebate. I did buy one again on Black Friday, but I used my credit card instead of cash or a gift card. I thought about sending it to a different address, but my name is on the receipt. So, I think I'm going to return it. It wasn't really that needed anyways....I just bought it since it was FAR!:lol:
