for some strange reason my son's account was completly removed. He had to re-enroll. We tried logging in over and over and was unable. We contacted them and said he is not enrolled. Wierd. He doesn't even remember how many points he had before.
Neither of my kids are able to login. All caps nor all lowercase works. I've emailed them and am waiting on a response. dd had a good bit of points - sure hope she doesn't lose them. ds had just cashed out couple weeks ago for amazon and got it yesterday. sure hope they don't have to re-enroll and lose what points they have.

The amazon Gift Cards are under Rewards (in line near top),
then along the left - Gift Certificates - Books & Media
(they are currently out of the $10 amazon)

When You are on the Home page -
second line of options are Ways to Earn Points and "Take Surveys" is farthest right in that line.

When I am not signed in I see see Room Rewards, Donations, Coupons, Sweepstakes along the left of the Rewards page.

When I sign on to javaNiece's account I see Room Rewards, Donations, Gift Certificates, Merchandise, Coupons, Sweepstakes

...so I assume signing in makes a difference...are you signed in?

It comes up on my youngest (8 year old) account and he has a little over 10,000 points. They have to have the 10,000 points in their account before they are able to see the amazon or other money GC rewards I think. :)

But I want to give you a heads up as others my son order a 20 dollar wal-mart card and they sent him a 10 dollar one did not find that out till he made a purchase. they said they new they made a mistake after they sent them out. I am thinking well then why did you wait for me to e-mail you about it. good thing it wasn't a gift for someone.

so now we are still waiting on the other ten, which been two weeks now.

And how come for my niece who is 17, her weekly limit is only 200 points?

Yea, thats been happening here too for the last week or so. I was able to take surveys emailed to me but clicking them on their site just doesnt work.

My daughter just told me that you can't play games for points anymore and that when she takes all the quizes that are there, that is it. Sad to see all those points go away on her.

The site is messed up for me... I haven't logged in, in a few months. They took my 15,000 points and somehow forced my account to redeem useless room garbage. I now have ~2,000 points. My daughter (14)couldn't log into her account either and whenever I hit lost password it said Sorry, no account found with this email but my son (10)could log into his account with no problems at all. I just called my niece who is also 14 and told her try to log into her account and it kept telling her the her info was invalid as well.So, I think that maybe they are getting rid of all of the teens who are over 14 and having them sign up over at SayNation. Just a thought.

well my neice is 14 on july 14th, so she is 13 now, her sister is 9 and cant log in and my neices friends who are 13 and 14 cant log in. Maybe its a website glitch? or maybe they are migrating older people or certain accounts over. I just tried to sign my niece up and it says they have merged with Weekly Reader and it sends me to the WR kids page to sign up.
Then at the end it has this:

I don't know what to put there,but it won't let me go any further till I do.
I have tried to sign up twice and it sends me to the log-in page and says username/pw not valid.
