What do you mean an ultrasound machine is a computer...
How is bladder cancer diagnosed?
Urine erythrocyte morphology
Urine cytology
Urinalysis/culture
Abdominal ultrasound
Flow cytometry
Intravenous Pyelogram (IVP)
Cystoscopy
Excretory urography
Computed tomography (CT scan) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)
Ultrasonography
Bone Scans and Other Procedures
BTA test
NMP22TM assay
New Diagnostic Tests
Here is all you want and I am sure you have never seen the page before (FIM)

If it's cancerous cells, then most likely an ultrasound will not detect cancer. If it is a mass/tumor, then that foreign object will show enough on an ultrasound for further investigation. A biopsy would be done to determine its origins and consistency to verify whether the mass is cancerous.

Or a better question to ask a doctor, in person.
Ultrasounds will detect a mass, but won't be able to determine if it's benign or not. A biopsy, PET scan, or surgery would be likely be the next step if a mass were found on the US.

I would hope that is a given.
