With the welcome addition of the Product Reviews forum, it would be cool to introduce some buyers guide stickies, or perhaps a sticky with a list of BG thread links. Threads that give some general information about a topic, as well as single product suggestions. I wrote a long one about video games yesterday, and I think wireless networking, video cards, and portable audio players would need attention, too. These are the things people so commonly ask about in the Tech Help and Find a Deal forums, it would be nice to have a definive SD resource to point them to.

I second this request. In particular, for video cards, since all the definitive comparisons and reccomendations are 1+ year old. It would be so much easier to find information if there were to be a few Buyer's Guides posted and kept up to date here.

If this is done, it'll need to be a single sticky, not a whole list of them. arjunsr just now got the rebates forum cleaned up. We don't need another messy one.

Deja vu all over again.
