Nice post... lol I sent in for the Indians fan pack from that fan pack post awhile back... lol... they sent me old stuff from 20006 and some very odd coloring 1 sheet page that resembled some animal on drugs.... I thought... lol go figure.

I received the Indians and Brewers fan packs yesterday. Brewers came with coloring sheets 2 5x7 of two players, and a magnet that says I ran in the race referencing the sausage race they have. The indians came with some 5x7s but the players are no longer with the team. I also receoved some temporary Jacobs field tattoos and a package of upper deck cards where I scored a Hideki MAtsui cards and a Hanley Ramirez rokkie card.

Plus you receive some pocket schedules for the teams....

Although I never got an email or any kind of confiramtion that my request was received - I did get an envelope from the Phillies yesterday. It contained the 2007 pocket sized schedule, a few player cards (Meyers, Burrell, and Geary) on index sized paper, and a pretty cool round Phillies window sticker.

got my pack from timberwovles.. it had a bookmark, sticker, a bunch of basketball cards and a team fact book thing inside...

Sent an email to the Red Sox, and never heard anything. Got an envelope today with some stuff. Schedule, one 8x11 picture, one 3x5 picture, rubber bracelet, and a small ziplock baggie with dirt in it. According to the handwritten letter, its Fenway Park dirt. Not bad.

I haven't gotten my Bosox pack yet!

Thats what I thought at first. However, I sent an email to fanfeedback@redsox.com and received a fanpack a few weeks later, which included dirt from Fenway Park.

I just emailed the Yankees about a fanpack for this season, if any more fans are interested I will tell you what the response is. Last year, they needed a postcard w/ my name and address. If anyone requested other fanpacks last year, you can probably request them again this year.

I sent off postcards for myself, my boyfriend and my friend. Last year I got a magnet schedule, paper schedule, a sticker, pencil and a pen- which was really nice. All of it was! Worth the .26cents!

The only thing I would add to that, is you might ask how to get one. Like I posted with the Yankees, they ask that you send a postcard (but also as I posted, best .26cents ever spent!) So just be aware that some teams may have different policies.

E-mailed Carolina Panthers for my 7 y.o. and they sent a team photo, a magnet, and a 2007 team book. Rec'd within two weeks of request.

Here's a little something to know. I've been collecting fan packs for 3-4 years now, and fan packs usually aren't the same thing every time. Some teams specially make fan packs, but most are just leftover items thrown in. When I say leftover, it can vary greatly during the points in the season. One time I got a Raef Lafrentz Bobblehead from the Portland Trail Blazers. Next time I got a pocket schedule from them. It all depends on what they have left from the season. The best time for a request is right after the season, where the teams have a boatload of extra merchandise they're willing to giveaway. Just some advice from someone who knows his away around fan packs. :)

Whoops sorry. I got fan packs from.. The Indians, The Seattle Mariners, and The Brewers. From the Indians I got: three over sized player cards of Eric Wedge, Jeff Datz, and Travis Hafner. A letter(and in the welcome letter they said they enclosed a pocket schedule, which wasn't in there :lol:), and a color-in sheet of their mascot. From the Marniers I got: baseball cards of Felix Hernandez, Yuniesky Betancourt, Jose Lopez, Raul Ibanez, Kenji Johjima, and J.J Putz. I also got a sticker sheet, a pocket schudule, a letter, a gift ideas brochure, and an activity sheet. From the Brewers I got: 2 over sized player cards. yeah, they don't send you gift cards or vouchers for romantic dates with players or anything. what were you expecting to get for free from a sports franchise? cards seem pretty normal to me. the best fan pack is the red sox though, the dirt from fenway park is kinda cool

Last week I sent off postcard reqiuests for fanpacks to all of the World Team Tennis teams. If I get any results, I'll post all the addresses. I figured postcards were a better shot than emails because the team websites are all run by the league and the same person would get all the emails.

I tell ya, I really want a fan pack from the Boston Lobsters! Their logo is very cool!

Be careful though with team lists you google for those teams - most of the lists on sports forums are waaaay out of date and several of the teams folded. You need to get the addresses from the official websites.

I'm just ducking in here to report the latest fanpack landing - I'm trying to take a break from Slick Deals cuz last week I agreed to help care for a terminally ill neighbor more than I have been already and Slick Deals eats into my down time from that duty. However, when I log onto my email and see good freebie newsd, my instinct is to share.

My SIL tells me my nephew got a big package from World team Tennis with a lot of stuff in it. She didn't have time to get specific beyond there being a cool adult sun visor with the brim made out of the same stuff as a tennis balkl, something inflateable (hopefully not something x-rated , here email didn't say), some stickers and other goodies.

Here's the problem, I didn't send a postcard to the world team tennis main office. I sent postcards to EACH team at their individual office addresses. She says the box come from the World team tennis office so my suggestion would be to save yourself some stamps and send your postcard request directly to the main office first.

I just tried a bunch, and half returned to me as an error, but not all have.

I never did get a respons from the blue jays last year, which was the one I was hoping for the most.

I cant remember which one gave me baseball cards last year, or where I put the cards to find out, but one of them gives out baseball cards. Not brand name, but still, free cards. And boston and the cubs gave bracelets.

New here and just wanted to say that I requested a few of these for my boys and the response I've gotten in two to three days has been great. So far they've gotten a pack from the Albuqurque Thunderbirds with some nice photo cards, schedules, etc. and today they've gotten packs from the Indianapolis Colts and one each from the Tampa Bay Bucaneers.
