I'm not sure what you mean. If I had to choose over asking for a carfax report for free but that is also likely to never come or pay $1 for a report that will come through and that would otherwise cost me a lot more, I'd pay the $1. Although setting up something like this might be difficult.

Why just get a paypal account that we can send money too and jus accept paypal if you dont have paypal then you wouldnt be able to do it. I think this could be a big "fund-raising" event for them.

Sounds like a great idea. Except that no doubt Carfax has a legal agrement that says when you sign up for their unlimited account you agree to not resell them.

Just a guess - but I'm pretty sure that they would have to have it at no charge if they wanted to do it.

Hmm... you cant' sell it.... but u can "donate" the money to slick deals... for all their troubles...

I also think you'd have to cancel every six months since Carfax doesn't allow unlimited accounts to be registered forever...
