I wouldn't think with post whoring (since it's not posting...) or referrals... Unless that could be classified under spam.
I get the spam though, because it'd be much easier to send out junk mail if you could do it one right after another.

yes of course i know the reason, but i have not ever got any spam from anyone or referral, i did not realise that it was prevalent:)

maybe restrict the timeout for under 50 rep's or certain ammount of posts?:)
