I bought the $75 set a few weeks ago and it had a voucher inside that stated the size bottle of each one that you are allowed to get, they're mostly all different depending on how much each one costs. Most of them are around $75 to $80 bottles. You also get the very generous size mini bottles of perfume that total up to around 2.3 oz, so that's a lot of perfume for the money!

My last 2 orders had no samples. :(

I would call them up and ask about it. They admitted that they accidentally posted the wrong oz size on the website and are giving people points back if you call them up about it, since they advertised one size and sent a smaller one.

You can try. Sephora has amazing customer service. If they can't do anything because it's instore, ask them if they can send you an egiftcard or something.

I know once I bought something online and two days later, it went down in price, and they credited my online account the difference. It's not the same, but at least they were flexible.

i don't think these are double dippable - they act like a gift card, so when you use it, you will deplete the $ in the gc.

I have some & I just use my finger to apply them. They blend out wonderfully. Make sure you are using synthetic brushes when using liquid/creams. :)

i have used a angle thin/stiff brush with short hair but it tends to get stiff and dries the bristles hard. i like to draw clean lines and get precise with them.

I pretty sure the $1 will came off. I was told that it was a pre-authorization necessary for verification of your billing address. The $1 should drop off your account within days. It looks like the credit card is paying the 12.50. It seems like the order didn't take the $15 off. Do you remember what your total was on the final confirmation page? I think someone on here said that the total had to be over $15 for the $15 code to work, but I am really not sure about that.

I figured out the Sephora $15 gift card code could be used on a total purchase of $15 or over. I made a mistake of making a total purchase under $15, which was why the $15 gift card code became invalidated and why only my credit card got charged for my total purchase.

I called a customer service who said my order can't be cancelled. Is it appropriate to request changes on my order (like making a purchase higher than $15) to reduce the charges on my credit card (I want to pay only $1.XX or $2.XX)?

I'm unsure what kind of problem you are having but it seems people are having various difficulties now. I have no idea what is happening but it's highly possible they have changed it to where it won't work now because we are actually supposed to spend $50 to use the GC. I was able to use both my VIB gc and a regular beauty insider gc with items over $15 but less than $50.

I've been able to use mine until the very end for the last two years. I've made small orders that were less than the purchase requirement in the past on the last day before.

Their policy says returns without receipt was up to the manager's discretion so I couldn't really argue. can i take my credit card statement to them to return? i just returned $90 worth of stuff without a receipt to sephora. maybe try to go to a different one. you might have better luck :) usually they're really good about returns hon!

Call corporate this is ridiculous, they can look it up with your BI card, and also they do take returns without receipts...call corporate and let them have a piece of your mind!

I had a dior limited edition item that's quite expensive, i had the receipt but i wanted to exchange for things so i just showed them the receipt (online order packing receipt with no price) and asked to return as no-receipt with the other 2 items to make it quicker (one transaction instead of 2. The registered girl was nice about it. however, once she rung it up and it came to be close to $250 for all three, her manager came and told her that she needed to make a copy of my id since the return was quite a lot. the manager was nice about the returned. she only asked if i bought it at that store and told her girl to make a copy of my ID. Does making a copy of my ID mean they are flagging me so I may have problems with future returns or is this normal for returns over $100? I used all the return credit to get xmas gifts though.

Well, I'm 25 and have a nice "wishlist" of little things from sephora. My absolute favorites are teh Philosophy glosses. Yesterday, I ordered peach and papaya (which I already have). They're my favorite lipglosses! Not sticky or gooey and smell great! My total was $1.73.

I also like the Urban Decay All Nighter spray. The small one is $11, and it's great at holding my makeup on long days, so it should be less than $3 after giftcard.

Argh, I thought the VIB 10% could be used in conjunction with the GC, but was told no in store :( I purposely didn't call about an adjustment for my black Friday purchases (I got my 10% sent on the 27th!) because I figured I would just use it when I used that $20.
