Andrew, the reason that your PM box is full with only one PM in it is probably because you're new here :). All new users are only allowed one message at first. (this is to prevent spammers that sign up just to spam inboxes) Your PM limit will increase over time, probably fairly quickly :), but for now I'm afraid that you're stuck with the one PM limit.

Also, you may want to remove your email address from your post, as spammers do tend to watch the forums and have been known to spam any email addresses they see here ;)

Also your Repps Don't Add to someones count until you get to a certain point ...
BUT We Still can read your comments when you repp . Like you can read what we write under your repps when you click on your user id name .

Yes, major headaches with it and got nowhere going several rounds with customer service. After discovering that the login problems and poor customer service continued over many months and on different computers, I am boycotting Stouffers and now buy Marie Callendar's. This was frustrating! :mad:

Just a caution to anyone ordering DVDs, the titles in the list of DVDs they offer do not match the ACTUAL DVDs you will be able to redeem for.

I wanted "Hang Em High", which is on the list of available titles they offer on the Stouffer's page, but after I redeemed for it and then went to claim it with the redemption code they emailed me, it was not among the listed titles you could choose from and I had to take a DVD I really didn't want for fear that my redemption code would no longer be valid (you have to enter it into the redemption site to get to the list of DVDs you can choose from).

I tried it again, several days later, hoping "Hang Em High" was just temporarily out of stock, but I got the same result. I figured I'd just take "A Night At The Roxbury" if "Hang Em High" wasn't available again, but lo and behold, "A Night At The Roxbury" was not available for redemption either!

What a load of crap! This absolutely reeks of a bait & switch scam if you ask me.

Sorry, that sucks :( Have you contacted Stouffers about it? I don't know if this will do any good, but the new monthly 8 point survey for June on the Dinner Club site not only asks what kinds of rewards we're most intersted in being able to receive for our points, but at the bottom of the survery there's also a place to actually enter comments or suggestions for rewards or improvements. Maybe you could mention your issue there and let them know what's going on?
