A. Overview of STOUFFER’S Dinner Club Program
STOUFFER’S Dinner Club Program (the "Program") is a loyalty program sponsored by Nestl USA through which individuals (“Participants”) can collect points (“Points”) from advertisements, participation in surveys and polls, and by purchasing specially-marked STOUFFER’S products that will contain a code inside the packaging, available while supplies last, or through other methods as may be added from time to time. Participants can then visit http://dinnerclub.stouffers.com (the “Web Site”) to have their accounts credited with the Points they have collected. Participants may use their Points to bid on items through auctions to be held at the Web Site (the "Auctions").
B. Participation in the Program
1. The Program is void where prohibited by law. Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older. The Program is administered by ePrize, LLC, One ePrize Drive, Pleasant Ridge, Michigan 48069 ("ePrize").
2. The following individuals are NOT eligible to participate in the Program: (a) employees of ePrize; (b) employees of Nestl USA (“Sponsor”); (c) employees of Sponsor’s affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies; (d) employees of any other person or entity involved in the development, administration, or execution of the Program; and (e) the immediate family members (parent, child, sibling and/or spouse of each) and/or those living in the same household as persons set forth in items (a) through (d) above.
3. Participation in the Program constitutes each Participant's full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions, and representation that Participant meets the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions. Those who do not comply with these Terms and Conditions may be prohibited from participating in the Program.
4. In order to participate, individuals must register at the Web Site and expressly accept these Terms and Conditions. They will receive a confirmation email. ePrize is not responsible for changes in Participants’ email addresses. To learn how ePrize and Sponsor will use the personal information collected in connection with the Program, read ePrize’s Privacy Policy: (http://www.eprize.com/privacy/privacypolicy.html) and the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy: (http://www.stouffers.com/index/Privacy.aspx). Please note that ePrize is a “vendor” of Sponsor for purposes of Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, and the Program is a “Client Promotion” for purposes of ePrize’s Privacy Policy.
C. Modification and Termination of the Program
1. By participating in the Program, you hereby agree that Sponsor may modify any of the terms and conditions governing the Program at any time (including, without limitation, these Terms and Conditions), with or without notice, even though these changes may affect a Participant's ability to use accumulated Points.
2. The Program is scheduled to begin on or about June 6, 2007 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and end on or about December 31, 2008 11:59 p.m. ET (“Program Period”). Sponsor, however, may terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice, even though termination may affect a Participant’s ability to use accumulated Points. If cancelled before the scheduled end date, Sponsor will provide winning Participants items as set forth herein. Sponsor reserves the right to extend the Program Period in its sole discretion.
3. A Participant's continued participation in the Program constitutes his or her acceptance of any changes to these Terms and Conditions.
D. Collecting Points
1. Registration. To enroll a participant must click on the "Register " button on the top of the page and follow the onscreen instructions to create a STOUFFER’S Dinner Club account ("Account") or log-in using an existing Stouffers.com account. An individual must have a unique valid e-mail address to create an Account. Limit one (1) Account per person and per e-mail address, regardless of whether more than one person uses the same e-mail address. The person who is the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address indicated when registering (and who otherwise meets the eligibility criteria) will be deemed the Participant.
Once participants register their existing Stouffers.com account or register for a new account, they will be enrolled in the Program. The number of points collected by such Participant will be recorded and tracked in the Participant’s Account. Participants will receive one hundred (100) Points upon their initial registration at the Web Site.
2. Unique Codes. Collect unique codes (“Codes”) from advertisements, survey and poll participation, and specially-marked STOUFFER’S products during the Program Period, or other methods, available while supplies last. Visit the Web Site and follow the links and instructions to enter your Code. For each entered Code, you will automatically receive Points corresponding to the Code you enter. Limit: Each participant may enter up to ten (10) Codes per day during the Program Period. For purposes of this Program a “day” shall be 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) through 11:59 p.m. ET. Sponsor reserves the right to change the number of Points awarded for purchases at any time during the Program, and the right to change, add, or remove the methods by which Participants can collect points.
Participants will receive twenty (20) Points for each specially-marked STOUFFER’S product purchased and for which a Code is recorded on the Web Site during the Program Period.
3. Dinner Survey. Visit the Web Site and click on the “Earn more Points” tab to select the dinner survey. Select the dinner survey and follow the links and instructions to complete it. Once the dinner survey is completed, you will automatically receive one hundred (100) Points. Limit: one dinner survey per Participant.
4. Other Surveys. Visit the Web Site and click on the “Earn more Points” tab to take additional surveys. You may also receive surveys by email. If a survey is available or you receive one by email, select the survey and follow the links and instructions to complete the survey. For each survey completed, you will earn either four (4) or ten (10) points depending on the complexity and length of the survey. Limit: each survey can be completed only once per Participant.
5. Polls. Visit the Web Site and click on the “Earn more Points” tab to select any available poll. If a poll is available, select a poll and follow the links and instructions to complete the poll. For each poll you complete, you will earn two (2) Points. Limit: each poll can be completed only once per Participant.
6. Participant Accounts. Sponsor will attempt to credit Participant Accounts with Points on a timely basis. However, each Participant will have the responsibility of ensuring that his/her Points are properly credited. Any claim for Points not credited accurately must be received by Sponsor within six (6) days of the date of claimed accrual of such Points. Sponsor shall have no liability for any printing, production, typographical, mechanical or other errors in the Points summaries or Accounts. Sponsor reserves the right to invalidate Points from an Account if it determines that such points were improperly credited to such Account or obtained fraudulently. Sponsor reserves the right to require proof of accrual of Points and Sponsor reserves the right to delay the processing or redemption of any Points without notice to Participants, in order to assure compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Participants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Accounts and passwords and for restricting access to their computers, and Participants agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under their Accounts or passwords. Without limiting any other remedies, Sponsor may suspend or terminate a Participant’s Account if Sponsor suspects that a Participant has engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the Program. Participation in the Program is subject to these Terms and Conditions, as well as policies and procedures that Sponsor may adopt or modify from time to time. Any failure to abide by these Terms and Conditions or any policies or procedures implemented by Sponsor, any conduct detrimental to Sponsor, or any misrepresentation or fraudulent activities in connection with the Program may result, in addition to any rights or remedies available to Sponsor in law or equity, in the termination of participation in the Program, as well as forfeiture of Points accrued to date and any other benefits earned in connection therewith, in Sponsor's sole discretion.
7. Illegible Codes. If you cannot read a Code or a Code is destroyed when opening a package, please send an email to customer service using the Contact Us link at http://dinnerclub.stouffers.com. Customer service will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. After contacting customer service for more than ten (10) Codes per month, Sponsor may require proof, including but not limited to the product packaging of all damaged Codes.
8. No Cash Value or Transferability. Points do not constitute property, do not entitle a member a vested right or interest and have no cash value. As such, Points are not redeemable for cash, transferable or assignable for any reason, and are not transferable upon death, as part of a domestic relations matter or otherwise by operation of law. The sale of Points is strictly prohibited. Any Points remaining in a Participant’s Account at the end of the Program Period will be forfeited without compensation. There shall be no carry over or transfer of Points to other Sponsor programs, or extensions of the Program beyond the Program Period, unless otherwise determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion.
9. Code Verification. Participants must save the product packaging with a Code for at least 30 days after the Bidding Period (see Section E.2.) closes for any item which Participant wins during the Program, as it may be necessary to submit it later for verification. Sponsor reserves the right to require proof, including, but not limited to, the product packaging. Sponsor’s decisions regarding the awarding of Points are final and binding. Validated codes that are subsequently determined to be invalid for any reason are subject to disqualification and the corresponding Points will be removed from the Participant’s Account to which the invalid points were credited.
E. Bidding on Items
1. A Participant may visit the Web Site to bid on available items at the Auctions.
2. A Participant may begin bidding the Points he/she has collected on August 1, 2007. Each month there will be three bidding periods (each a “Bidding Period”) during which bids can be placed on different items. One Bidding Period will begin on the first of the month at 12:00 a.m. ET and end on the fourteenth of the month at 11:59 p.m. ET; one will begin on the fifteenth of the month at 12:00 a.m. ET and end on the last day of the month at 11:59 p.m. ET; and one will begin on the first of the month at 12:00 a.m. ET and end on the last day of the month at 11:59 p.m. ET. If the minimum bid is met, the highest confirmed bidder when the bidding closes will be deemed the successful purchase bidder.
3. Sponsor may impose minimum bids and increment limits for offered items. The "minimum bid" is the minimum number of Points Sponsor is willing to accept for the offered item. If the Sponsor chooses to impose a “minimum bid,” bidding will start at the imposed minimum. If the minimum bid threshold has not been reached, the item will not be awarded. Conversely, once the minimum bid threshold is reached, the item will be sold to the highest bidder at the conclusion of the applicable Bidding Period.
4. The Auctions are silent auctions. Participants will not know if they are the highest bidder.
5. The total number of Points a Participant can bid is the total number of Points he or she has available in his/her account. For example, if a Participant has collected 250 Points, the total number of Points he/she can bid on all of his/her bids is 250 Points.
6. Each Participant can have up to three (3) active bids at one time. Once a Bidding Period closes, points from all non-winning bids will be re-deposited into bidders’ Accounts.
7. Participant can cancel or change a bid on any item until the applicable Bidding Period closes. To cancel a bid, click on the "Auctions" tab and follow the links and instructions to cancel a bid. Once a Participant cancels a bid, the Points will be re-deposited into the Participants Account. To change a bid, click on the "Auctions" tab and follow the links and instructions to change a bid.
8. At the end of each Bidding Period, Participants who bid the highest amount of Points for the item will win the item that was bid on.
9. If for any reason an item is not awarded to the potential highest bidder, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to award the item to the next highest bidder.
10. In the event of a tie at the end of a Bidding Period, the Participant who placed the highest bid first will win the item.
11. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an item advertised of equal or greater value if due to unavailability or for any other reason.
F. Fulfillment
1. Winning bidders will receive emails notifying them that they placed the highest bids for offered items.
2. Please allow approximately eight (8) to ten (10) weeks after the conclusion of each month during the auctions of the Program for shipment of the purchased item, unless otherwise noted on the Web Site.
3. Except as otherwise provided herein, no refunds will be provided on any purchased item. If for any reason a purchased item is received damaged, becomes unavailable, or cannot be fulfilled, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to replace the purchased item with a similar item of equal or greater value.
G. General Terms and Conditions
1. Sponsor reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the eligibility of any person who uses, or, in the case of suspension, is suspected of using, the Program in a manner inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions or any federal or state laws, statutes or ordinances. In addition to suspension or discontinuance of the Program eligibility, Sponsor shall have the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, including criminal prosecution, as it deems necessary in its sole discretion.
2. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Program may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that, or any other, provision.
3. The Program is provided to individuals only. Corporations, associations, including school organizations, or other groups may not participate in the Program.
4. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Program, the availability of items, or a Participant’s compliance with these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
5. Neither Sponsor nor ePrize is responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by Participants while participating in the Program.
6. Participants are responsible for the payment of all taxes which may result from participation in the Program.
7. The Program is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
H. Limitation of Liability
1. ePrize, Sponsor, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and promotional and advertising agencies are not responsible for any printing or computer error, omission, interruption, irregularity, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of Program materials or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of Program information due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet, at any web site or any combination thereof. In the event that online access is temporarily corrupted and suspended, notice of such will be provided at the Web Site and Participants will be advised to hold Codes until such time that the Program, as originally intended, may be resumed.
2. By participating in the Program, each Participant accepts all responsibility for, and hereby releases and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ePrize, Sponsor and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, promotion and advertising agencies, franchisees, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, and successors, assigns, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses that may arise from actions taken by such Participant and/or Participant’s participation in the Program, or for any harm or injury caused by any third party.
3. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, SHALL ePRIZE, SPONSOR AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SHAREHOLDERS, AGENTS, FRANCHISEES, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE AUCTION OR ANY PURCHASED ITEM OFFERED THROUGH THE AUCTION, EVEN IF ANY OR ALL OF THE FOREGOING OR ANY OF THEIR AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, THEREFORE SUCH EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IF ePRIZE IMPROPERLY DENIES A PARTICIPANT ANY PURCHASED ITEM, LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE EQUIVALENT FAIR MARKET VALUE OF ITEM. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE AUCTION, A PARTICIPANT WAIVES ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO BRING ANY CLAIM OR ACTION RELATED TO SUCH MATTERS IN ANY FORUM BEYOND ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE FIRST OCCURRENCE OF THE KIND OF ACT, EVENT, CONDITION OR OMISSION UPON WHICH THE CLAIM OR ACTION IS BASED.
4. ePrize, Sponsor and their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, agents, franchisees, successors assigns, and service providers, are not responsible for any products or services offered on the Web Site. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWABLE BY LAW, EPRIZE AND SPONSOR SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES SOLD IN THE AUCTION. To the fullest extent allowable by law, ePrize and Sponsor specifically disclaim any representations or warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the products and/or services sold in the Program, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
5. As a condition of participating in the Program, Participant agrees that, except where prohibited, any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Program or any item purchased therein shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Michigan. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of ePrize or Sponsor in connection with the Program, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Michigan, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Michigan or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than State of Michigan.
6. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms and Conditions, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Just a little more information for those of you wondering about this:
You earn points to "bid" on prizes to win.
Each time you buy a specially marked box of Stouffer's food, there will be a code printed inside the box, good for 20 points at the site.
Registering gets you 100 points to start out with.
It also appears there are opportunities to take surveys occasionally good for additional points.
That's all I know so far!

On their ads it says "items to make dinner time more enjoyable."
When you look around the web site, it shows categories such as electronics, home, and entertainment on various flash animations.
Also, I just bought a couple products at Giant and got a coupon at checkout good for 75 cents off when you buy 3, so that could help you out.

get codes from specially-marked packages.
Find a unique 12-digit code inside every specially-marked package of STOUFFER'S single-serve meals. Each STOUFFER'S Dinner Club code may be used only once, and members may enter up to 10 codes per day.
For each code entered at the STOUFFER'S Dinner Club site, you'll receive 20 Dinner Club points! PLEASE NOTE: Due to a printing error some of our packages incorrectly state that each code is worth 10 points. However, all package codes are worth 20 points, and 20 points will be deposited into your Dinner Club account for each package code validly entered.
You'll receive 100 bonus points just for joining.

This seems more like a contest, so if it's not already listed in Contests then this may need to moved. :)
Just went over the rules which are confusing. They use the words "purchased", "sold", and "win" and don't mention who pays for the shipping. Guess we'll have to wait till August 1st to learn more. And there's a donate points tab leading to a blank page but that will probably be for charities. ??
They should just give prizes or trinkets outright. The Bose System is worth bidding on. I listened to it at Target the other day. Very nice!

I get Time magazine and they had an ad for this.and gave the code "dinnerrewards" to enter for 40 points. I have been having issues entering codes so I am not sure it works yet. I emailed them and hope to hear back. FYI, if you have problems entering codes and call them and tell them, they will send you a coupon for a free product. I don't want to call again and seem like I am just trying for the free coupon but it IS annoying that the code entering system seems to not work all the time. Let me know if you can use the code.
I am willing to trade MCR flaps/caps for any stouffer;s codes. Pm me if interested. I want to be clear...I have the mcr codes and WANT the stouffer's codes.

FYI this is a blind auction.
Beginning August 1, 2007:
Grand Reward/Monthly Auctions:
Begin at 12:00:00 AM on the 1st of each month, and end at 11:59:59 PM on the last day of each month.
Bi-Monthly Auctions:
The first 5 auctions begin at 12:00:00 AM on the 1st of each month, and end at 11:59:59 PM end the 14th of each month. The second 5 auctions begin at 12:00:00 AM on the 15th of each month, and end at 11:59:59 PM on the last day of each month.
6.11 How will I know if I have won the item?
You will receive an e-mail confirming that you are the winner of the item, along with details on how you will receive your item.
6.2 How can I tell the item quantity available for each auction?
All online auctions are single quantity auctions in which the highest bidder will win the item shown.
3.2 How are Dinner Club points deducted from My Account?
If you are a winner of an online auction, the amount of your highest bid will be deducted from your account. No points will be deducted if you don't win an auction.
....................................AND THE HORRIBLE PART...................................
6.7 How do I enter a bid?
Go to the "Auctions" page, and click on the auction item of your choice. Place your bid in the space provided next to "My bid." All auctions are "blind auctions."
In a blind auction, the highest bidder at the close of the auction is the automatic winner of the auction. However the bidders do not know any bid ranking until after the blind auction has closed. At closing, the person with the highest bid wins the auction. In the event of a tie, the first bid received will win the auction.
Decide how many points you want to bid, and type in a whole number in the space next to "Bid amount" and click "Submit." After you place your bid, a confirmation page will appear. To submit the bid, YOU MUST click on the "Submit" button. Auction winners will be notified via e-mail.

If you think its a waste you could always trade your Dinner Club codes for MCR codes. I have 2 MCR flaps I'd trade for 4 Stouffer's codes.

They are in the inside. You have to basically tear the box up after taking out the food to get the code :)

I bid on one thing but I doubt highly I will win anything. Seems to me like this will be a waste of time. Wish it were more like MCR so you can pick a prize. Oh well. I will still eat my Mac and Cheese and hope.
I agree - my only shot at winning something would pretty much be if I am in the top 10 in rewards accumulated. So if I only eat a few Stouffer meals per week what chance do I have?

No one really knows what chances/odds are right now because it just started and you can't see what everyone is bidding. Maybe once the first round of bids close, on the 15th we'll get a better idea if they let us know what the auctions went for. I don't think you guys should give up yet, they're one time codes and the promo just started. The only way people are getting tons of points will be from buying the food or getting codes from garbage cans.

What problems were you having? I haven't had any problems so far, the codes have all been legible to me. Maybe if you take a picture with your camera and email them the picture of the code they can help you figure out what the code should be.

Just an fyi, sorry if this info is already posted somewhere but you CAN change your bid if you accumulate additional points before the auction is over. For example, if you bid 400 for the People Mag subscription and you get more points, you can revise your bid.
Anyone accumulate lots of points? I only got around 400 points. I guess by the end of the summer when I don't win anything and keep adding points, I might have enough to bid higer on something.

I thought I'd be in good shape to at least get something half way decent when I first saw this since I buy a ton of Stouffers stuff. Kinda stinks the way that they're running it though.
Do they only have one of each item available for each auction period? That seems to be the way that the contest reads, but that's really pretty skimpy for a contest like that. If so, then might as well forget it. There will be people who are collecting them at the office, schools, etc., that will blow away any measly points that I can pull together if I eat Stouffers 3 times a day and then I *might* have a shot at a People Magazine subscription. Whoopie... lol ; )

I agree. Try email support to see if they will still credit your account. I'm keeping the codes/packages in case they want me to send them. I think they aren't good on updating the site because when you click on the second bi-monthly auctions it still shows that they end at midnight on August 15th. I'd wait for another day or so before they actually let people know they won and give you your points back if you haven't won.

Same here. Points are gone but no status on the auction. Assuming that will be updated at some point.
Kinda curious to see if they'll tell us what the winning bids were for the ended items. That would at least give us an idea of whether it's even worth bothering with.

They don't tell us if we won the auction or not, don't give us our points back if we lost, and they leave us hanging to see what everyone is bidding. When you send an email make sure you send it to the email address they provide on the Stouffer's page and not the Dinner Club page. When you send it to the Dinner club email address its handled by Eprize and they don't replay back. When I sent it directly to Stouffer's customer service I received a response back within one day. I agree. I've always had very favorable impressions of both Stouffers and ePrize. Now I'm not so sure about either one of them. Yeah, I know it's just a dumb promotion but if you're going to do it, then at least do it right. And especially don't make me go through a lot of effort to cut out the stupid codes, enter a ton of them in, have to bid, have to wait, have to check on it, give me no feedback, and then have to do even more to follow-up re lost points. And for our time and effort 99.99% of people will get absolutely NOTHING out of it. Just poor all around. Now I just think that Stouffers cheaped-out on the prizes and that ePrize kinda sucks at contest design and operations. lol

We have corrected your Account point balance on October 1, 2007. We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion this may cause.
In appreciation of your patience regarding our error, please find a $20.00 Amazon.com digital gift code below. The code can be redeemed at Amazon.com for merchandise of your choice.

Thank you for your understanding. We look forward to seeing you at the Dinner Club again soon!

why is the code SATISFYING not working for me??
Drossvirex
10-21-2007, 01:51 PM
The code "SATISFYING" gave me 40 pts.
The only reason I am sticking with this is because they sent me an e-mail about some error in showing too many points for my account. So they gave me a $20 Amazon gift card. It does suck that I really have no idea how many points I'd need to win anything though. I only buy them when they are on sale with coupons anyway.
Lame.. Seems like this promo ends in December. I'll just donate my points.
Stouffers math isn't right...makes me wonder if something fishy is going on.
"For every one (1) Point donated, $0.50 (the cost of one (1) meal), will be donated to America's Second Harvest, until $25,000 (the cost of one hundred thousand (100,000) meals) has been donated by Auction Participants."

How many points did you have to bid to win?
The Hunter
12-10-2007, 11:28 PM
Did you have to supply your used packages after winning?
I re-read the rules last night and noticed it said this:
Sponsor's decisions regarding the awarding of Points are final and binding. Validated codes that are subsequently determined to be invalid for any reason are subject to disqualification and the corresponding Points will be removed from the Participant's Account to which the invalid points were credited.
So did anyone have to provide all, some, or none of their packages?

Just in case anyone's interested, or as frustrated as I am, I sent this to Stouffer's customer service today:
I would just like to suggest you change the way you do the auctions. It's EXTREMELY frustrating to those of us playing them not to be able to see where we stand on our bids, to not know how much we lost by or even how much the item ended for (so we'd know how much to bid the next time). I've bid several times and won nothing, even with a decent amount of points, and won nothing. Had I an idea of which auctions I stood a chance with, I may have won something by now. I'm VERY frustrated and annoyed by the way these auctions are run.

Nice job
Just an FYI for those of you that may not have done the 'earn more points' surveys for this month yet, and want to let Stouffers know how you feel about the auctions and rewards: The 8 pt survey this month is basic survey about how happy we are or are not about the auctions and rewards available, etc. It's mainly just multiple choice of 'very satisified' to 'very dissatisfied', no place for comments, but maybe this is a chance to let Stouffers know how we feel.
(Most of you probably already knew this, of course :), but just thought I'd pass this along for those that don't check the site very often, in case they wanted a chance to give Stouffers their opinion.)
And kathicake1, big Congrats! :D

That's the thing with these stupid blind auctions, you really have no idea how much you need to bid, so it's probably either too little or too much (I bid too little the last 10 times or so that I bid). Don't get me wrong, I'm glad to have finally won something, but it would have been nice to have known how much was really necessary.

I have 4 MCR codes that I would like to trade for Stouffers codes.
Also, the Stouffers website now tells you how many people have bids better than yours. I just bid 1,080 points on the $50 Amazon Dinner and a Movie auction and it says, "There are currently 319 bids ahead of yours." So at least now I know that there's no chance my bid will win. :O

Hi! I just joined this, used the free to all codes posted here, took the current polls, and had a grand total of 370 points. So, I figured what the heck, i'll bid on something. I made a bid on something we really do need, and there are 0 bids ahead of mine. Thanks everyone!

I am now trading pepsi and mcr codes for stouffers . Updating this because I am getting emails from people who just started if you have lower reps . I will trade with you but you must send first and if you have a lot of codes and dont want to send all at once that is fine we can break up to smaller amounts .

new to this and w/ out entering a single code have 370 pts :) My question is does the bidding go up or is it you make a bid and after it ends whoever bid the most pts get the win. I ask because the wii says enter 500 or more pts and that seems really low. Thanks for the help

I bid over 5,200 points on the Wii and there were 30 bids higher than mine, 500 is just a minimum bid, long surpassed.

Just a heads up - make sure you give them a correct phone number. I won and was notified by email that I had won within a few days. Here I am like two weeks later finally getting a call to verify my info over the phone.
