I joined them in early April, but have never received any further surveys or offers to test products so can't say much about them.

recieved an email today for a $20.00 survey, unfortunately i didnt quailfy! I should have answered different, have yet to recieve anything from them, dissapointing!

I received an email from them for a survey for a possible $20 gc, but then logged on and there was nothing there. I emailed them and they wrote back that they had storms and outages but my survey should now be wiaiting for me. I filled it out but DNQ. Oh wel...

I keep getting mail-in projects from them. The latest one I received on Friday. They want me to send all the junk mail I receive in my snail mail box for a month to them. They included an 8 x 11 envelope to send it back to them in. LOL, I'll have the envelope filled in a day! But seriously, I was a little concerned about sending things like credit card applications and that sort of thing. You only get a chance to win a GC for the effort. Then I saw that you can enter the sweepstakes for the GC without even doing the study by going to a certain website and filling out a form. WTF? Why do the study if you can just enter the contest for the GCs without doing any of the work?

i qualified the initial survey to test a baby product then it says i'll get a giftcard after the study. it's been a week now, still waiting for the test product.

it means you are too late and the study is filled..It happened to me before and that is what they told me, even though it was within 5 min from the time I got the email, these things fill up fast or they dont have many slots to fill

I believe they give you target gc's, at least that is what everyone has said in the past. I wouldn't know i am always too late. I wish when they sent you an email for a survey that it was specifically for you, and it doesnt run out, like the way pinecone does. Its hard for people to be able to read the email the second after they send it.

This is a great website. I had about 2-3 months where I was just getting surveys. They finally sent me an email about 3 weeks ago asking me to take a survey for possible product testing. Went on and took the survey. I was able to get 3 Playtex VentAire bottles to try out for 2 weeks, took a survey, now they just sent me another 3 Playtex VentAire bottles to try for 2 weeks (they are different than the others that were sent). I will have to take another survey and then I will get a $10 giftcard.

I'm doing one of there testing now, I am testing some baby bottles. I already got the first set with 3 extra nipples, did a survey, and now i'm on the second set, they sent me six extra nipples this time, and then in two weeks I do another survey and then they are going to send me a $20 gift card, And I get to keep all the bottles!!! It took me a couple of months after I signed up before they sent me this!!

Oh, maybe that is a different one then. The one we just finished up was to test 2 sunscreens, sent a few weeks apart from each other. The final follow up was today. I got the 1st test product about 2 weeks after doing the screener. The follow up for that came abt 2 weeks later and about a week later got the 2nd product, then abt 2 weeks later (today) got the 2nd follow up.

I think that anytime you answer a survey, prefer not to answer, it automatically dq's you, even thought the option is there. I think it's like an easy out.

You're right. I designed pharmaceutical market research studies a few years ago, and "Don't Know/Refused" was an option for responses but was an automatic DQ. We had to have DK/R in order for the software to either move to the next question or tell the respondent thanks but no thanks.

I got this too, wonder if they say what brand it is when it is done...

So far for me this has been a very good site. I enjoy the PT's I qualify for and they pay in a couple of weeks with Target GC's. A lot of companies want you to do PT's for free and I'm always surprised how much inhomeproducttesting pays. I've done several for $30 GC and another for $20 GC.

Maybe they'll have more studies in the future and a lot more people from here can get in on them.

I don't remember very well (so someone might have better insight) but I don't think it told me if I was in or not - I think my test product just showed up. Again, I am not positive about that info! :)

I've already received my sunscreen and started using it (fingers crossed I don't turn green! :LOL: ) Do they send you a survey to fill out?

I think if you qualify, you will know. If you have to ask, you probably didnt because on all the ones I did, they say they will send whatever the item is and to expect it soon but most of us are so use to doing surveys we rush through them and don't read it all. Also, they ask you if you would be willing to try a product, etc, etc...if you get asked ALOT of questions that's how you know you are in...if they only ask demographics and that one question:

I didn't think it was slow from the time I completed my final follow up and then recv'd the GC. If it has been oddly long for you, maybe you should email and ask about it.

If you are already signed up as a member of InHome Product testing you will need to wait for them to contact you with a survey which hopefully will lead to a PT like the sunscreen one many of us took part in. So far this had been my first invite which was back in July and once I completed the two parts of the PT, I finally received my GC a couple of days ago. I honestly do not know how often they contact you to do surveys and/or PT's for them but hopefully you will hear something from them soon. Good luck!

It hasn't really been that long then. That is a normal timeframe for receiving an incentive. You should have the GC in the next couple of days. . I received mine a few days ago as others did the past few days. I am sure yours is on the way as well.

what worries me is I sent two emails and they never replied. When I completed the follow-up survey it said two weeks, and it's been way over that. I still haven't gotten anything this week and already checked the mail for today.

Maybe someone else who did the same study can confirm they haven't received theirs either yet...just so that you know that you aren't the only one still waiting. There are times that other people get things that I am waiting on myself, way before I get it. Hopefully it will show up for you.

What do you think is going on? I tried to register again, just in case i had hit "cancel" instead of "register" but it said that i was already registered, and that I needed to login, but I have no login info.

Yeah, I once e-mailed them for my login info and they NEVER got back to me - this was months ago. But, the next time they sent me a PT offer, they put it in th e-mail and I saved it on my computer.

i'm not sure about the login info it might have went to your spam folder. It took me 3-4 days to get my login information.

I still haven't gotten my gift card but I did a different product test then you guys in late July.

Oh and I sent four emails about it to them and never got a response....so I'm just thinking I'm at a loss with it. You live and learn! lol

I received an email from them stating that a new survery was available for me, but after I loggged onto the homepage,it said no survery was available.

I sented them an email to ask what was going on. Still waiting on response.
You have to act fast on these, once they fill up they are taken away from your homepage screen, thus it would say no surveys are available for you. Just because you are sent the email isn't a guarantee that you'll be able to take the survey.

When you guys did the last one, did your GC come before or after the product test? Mine came before the product even came and I thought that was a little strange. I was just wondering if that happened with everybody else too. (not that I'm complaining about getting it early :) )

I just got an email from them today for a product test, reward is $20 gift card. I didn't qualify.

I have heard that they are legit and do pay, so I signed up a while ago, and now I know first hand they do have PT and survey.

I got this earlier...was so happy because when they did the original screening (which we got paid $10 target GC), I posted on here "I hope they send us the product to try". and now it looks like they will and we get a $20 GC on top of that!!!

I have been a member for a few months now and I recieved one opportunity to product test. They sent me baby bottles to test for my 1 1/2 year old, I recieved 6 bottles and got to keep them, but the best part was the $20 target gc! I recommend them but it might be a while to hear from them.:)

10 GC for target. No complaints. I'm always happy to to a PT and to get a GC on top is gravy to me.

I think thats means you are in the pool of people they pick to get in. If you didn't get in you got stopped early and thanked for your time.

I think this was more of a screener to a screener .. if that makes sense..
