I think that the hot deals forum is way too big for its own good. I propose that it gets split into 2 forums. "Hot deals- Technology" and "Hot Deals- Other". That way people don't have to see non-tech related deals if they don't want to.

there are only a few good things at a time. i'd suggest you change in the user cp the amount of posts per page from 20 to 40. makes it much nicer.

If we split it, the separate forums would get to be so slow, especially the non-tech side. There aren't enough posts, and certainly not enough threads, to keep it at a reasonable speed if it was split.

I THINK THE RANDOM FINDS ARE PART OF WHAT MAKES SLICKDEALS SO GREAT. I AM A SHOPPER ( CLOTHES), SOME PEOPLE ARE TECH, TOOLS, ETC,. I AM GRATEFUL TO EVERYONE :groupwave FOR THEIR ADVICE AND FINDS BECAUSE I REALLY HATE GETTING JACKED AROUND OR RIPPED OFF. LAUGHING IS THE BEST WHEN ITS NOT AT YOUR EXPENSE. :lol:

I can't say i agree, i dont mind looking thru deals that are of any importance to me or other, that usually about i find deals i wouldn't ever figure out about, even if im not intrested in it. But being random can be quite bothersome, but there is the search tool for anyone looking for anything specific right? :cool:
