They send out surveys once in a while and you earn points for doing them. I'm not sure if there are any other ways to earn points. This is the first time they've offered the prizes.

Obviously, from the amount of points I have, I seldom do their surveys but I have done a few. They almost always have a drawing of people that do each survey to win a beauty product or something else and just a few weeks ago they drew my name and sent me a full size Aveda hand cream worth $18, that I wrote about above (wonderful hand cream, btw!). That's about the 3rd time they have drawn my name because they used to send out their surveys long before they started this "pretty points" thing. Long story short, there are other ways to "win" if you do their surveys, besides the "pretty points". Good luck to you!

Same here, and I got the email on the first day. I'm not too worried. If it's going to take 10-12 weeks to get the reward, it's gonna take them some time to deduct the points from our accounts :nod:.

they're sending emails out in batches with a survey that will allow you to redeem your points for certain items. Keep an eye out in your email for it. The next batch should be sent within the next 2 weeks, if we're following the pattern so far :nod:

I've gotton 6 pretty points since being able to redeem for my little prize that I've never received.I may just stop taking the surveys altogether.

They did say it would take 10-12 weeks to get the reward. It's only been about 8 weeks, so nothing to worry about...yet :).

You always have to harrass Allure to get your stuff. It took me over three months to get my item and it was a real disappointment. SOme kinda stuff you put in your water thats supposed to help your skin

I received a Rimmel mascara and Sunsilk conditioner from Allure today. Both came in the same package. I assume they are my "mystery" products from redeeming Pretty Points. I can't think of what else they would be from. So head's up - they are coming :bounce:.

I got some shampoo and lipstick today. It was the "beauty booty" kit , from my pretty points redemption back in February.

I guess we each get different type of products for people who redeemed the points for Beauty Booty.

Today I got the Murad Night Reform Treatment and a La Bella Donna compact in bronze colors which was packaged very nicely for just being a compact. It sells on the La Bella Donna site for $40. Says it can be used as bronzer, blush or eyeshadow and is pretty colors. I was pretty darn shocked at the value of the items they sent. Might be worth it to keep checking to be able to redeem periodically, since I was able to even after choosing not to previously. They must be sending out everyone's stuff at the same time because obviously I redeemed long after everyone else.

They had sent me the email and I declined. Then a lil while (weeks) later I logged in after a survey and was able to redeem from there. Might wanna just keep loggin in periodically and see if it'll let ya do it.
