Why are we unable to include links using urlhasbeenblocked? Try to post something with "urlhasbeenblocked..com" (with only one dot), and it gets automatically replaced with "slickdeals", rendering the link useless.

some people use urlhasbeenblocked to deliberately disguise their referral/affiliate links.

in fact, that's one of the purposes urlhasbeenblocked advertises their service for (as seen on their website)

One of the feature urlhasbeenblocked advertise
Hide your affiliate URLs

Are you posting something that you don't want people to know what the URL is because it might give away that it's an affiliate link. Then you can enter a URL into urlhasbeenblocked, and your affiliate link will be hidden from the visitor, only the slickdeals address and the ending address will be visible to your visitors.
:(

Turning off urlhasbeenblocked is probably safer because urlhasbeenblocked can also hide link to malicious website/executable files

EDIT: oops looks like ywc already posted

What on earth is tiny url?
It's a service that lets you get a short URL (urlhasbeenblocked .com/something random) that redirects to wherever you like. Commonly used to conceal where you're linking to.
