Rep points not working in sub-forums [Archive]

When I try to give rep points in the Black Friday sub-forum, I get this message:
Reputation is only enabled for tech support, help and deal forums.

are you serious? rep pts are only given in the tech, help, deal forums. what else do you need to know?
